- 1 gallon brewed kombucha
- 1 lemon, sliced

I usually brew kombucha for 2 to 3 weeks, depending on how tart I want it.
Shorter brew time = sweeter kombucha
Longer brew time = tangier kombucha

How to Make Strawberry Lemonade Kombucha
Fizzy Second Ferment Method
If you want bubbly kombucha:
Step 1
Remove SCOBY from finished kombucha.
Step 2
Add sliced strawberries and sliced lemon to the kombucha jar or bottles.
Step 3
Seal with tight-fitting lids.
Step 4
Leave at room temperature for 2 to 4 days.
Step 5
Taste daily until desired carbonation is reached.
Step 6
Refrigerate before opening.
Non-Fizzy Method
If you prefer less carbonation:
Step 1
Add strawberries and lemon to kombucha.
Step 2
Place directly in refrigerator.
Step 3
Infuse for 1 to 2 days.
Step 4
Strain fruit if desired and enjoy.
