Vegetable Dip Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp. dried chives
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. To make your own little seasoning packets, place the mixture into an approximately 6 inch square piece of aluminum foil. Fold the piece of foil in half and then fold up edges so that the packet is airtight. Label and store for up to 6 months.
This recipe makes one packet of dip mix.
To prepare dip, combine a packet of vegetable dip mix, 1 tbsp. bottled lemon juice, 1 c. mayonnaise, and 1 cup sour cream.
Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve with chips or fresh vegetables.
