If you like a good vegetable flavored dip for chips or fresh vegetables, then you will love this homemade vegetable dip mix.

This mix is very inexpensive to make and you probably already have the ingredients you need on hand to make it. It is one of my favorite mixes besides this easy guacamole mix.

Vegetable Dip Mix Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp. dried chives
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. To make your own little seasoning packets, place the mixture into an approximately 6 inch square piece of aluminum foil. Fold the piece of foil in half and then fold up edges so that the packet is airtight. Label and store for up to 6 months.

This recipe makes one packet of dip mix.

To prepare dip, combine a packet of vegetable dip mix, 1 tbsp. bottled lemon juice, 1 c. mayonnaise, and 1 cup sour cream.

Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve with chips or fresh vegetables.
