Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Mix

1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup raisins (optional)

On a quart size ziploc bag, write these instructions: Add 1 stick softened butter, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract. Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 9 to 11 minutes.

When you are ready to prepare one of the mixes, just pour the mix into a bowl and add the ingredients listed on the bag. If you refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes or so before baking the cookies will hold their shape better.
