- One piece of kale
- 3-5 large ice cubes

Directions: Blend well, serve in a large glass and enjoy!
As a tip, make sure to wash your blender and all its parts thoroughly after each smoothie. Don’t leave it in the sink for later as the pulp and fruit seeds will stick to the sides and make it much more difficult to clean.
