Tip #1: Try a solution of vinegar and water, or just plain vinegar. It worked for me and also acts as a disinfectant. Good luck!

Tip #2: Try using dawn dishwashing liquid, mixed with warm water and vinegar. Scrub the area and let dry. Follow with Febreeze to neutralize. This also works for “doggie” accidents!

Tip #3: Try putting a small bowl with charcoal under the seat for a couple of weeks. Use the reg charcoal not the instant light. We did it to a frig that had food in the bottom and freezer part that we got from someone. There was chicken and all kinds of other meats. We still have the frig and the odor never came back.

Tip #4: Wash the area with dishwashing liquid and warm water. Follow up with a solution of 2 tablespoons of ammonia to 4 cups of water. Wash the spot again with dishwashing liquid and water.
Finally saturate a clean cotton cloth with warm water, wring it out, and scrub gently. Then let the spot dry naturally.
