Homemade Fry Sauce

If you have ever wondered if you can enjoy the goodness of restaurant fry sauce at home, you can! This recipe only takes a few minutes to make and it is as good as any fry sauce I have ever tasted.

Ingredients:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. paprika

Mix all ingredients together in a small container. This recipe will fit into a half-pint canning jar. You can easily double this recipe or cut the recipe in half, to make however much you need.

This fry sauce will store in the refrigerator for about a month.

I really like this recipe. My husband just likes to mix mayonnaise and ketchup together to make his “fry sauce”, but I like the added flavor that the other ingredients contribute. I will definitely be making it again!

*Next time try making your own mayonnaise too! Mayonnaise is really easy to make yourself. It’s just eggs, oil, and vinegar.
