Sponge mop will help you reach it. For corners…hire a young person. I just had to do our bathroom ceiling. Was not easy SO I suggest you also hire someone to paint it with mildew resistant paint. I also have limited mobility limited breathing and a limited budget…BUT you must act to remove it or it will affect your health.
