Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder* (about 30g protein)
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
- 1 serving creatine (about 5g)
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon banana extract (optional, for extra banana flavor)
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- Ice cubes, if needed
* This is the vanilla protein powder I make sure to always have on hand.
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender.
