  • 3 ounces tequila
  • 2 ounces orange liqueur (Triple Sec or Cointreau)
  • 2 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey, agave, or simple syrup (optional)
  • 1–2 cups ice (depending on desired thickness)
  • Lime wedges and salt or sugar for rimming glasses (optional)

Instructions

If desired, rim glasses with lime juice and dip in salt or sugar.

Add frozen strawberries, tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, sweetener (if using), and ice to a blender.

Blend until smooth and slushy.

Add more ice for a thicker consistency or a splash of water if too thick.
