Strawberry Syrup Recipe (for Canning)

Ingredients

  • 12 cups strawberries
  • 7 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. Blend strawberries until smooth.
  2. Combine with sugar and bring to a boil.
  3. Simmer 15–20 minutes.
  4. Strain through fine mesh sieve.
  5. Pour into jars (1/2" headspace).
  6. Process 10 minutes in water bath.
  7. Yield: 3 pints
