Strawberry Chia Jam (No Pectin)

lemon juice

Mash strawberries.
-
Cook with sugar and lemon juice until slightly thickened.

Remove from heat and stir in chia seeds.

Let sit 10–15 minutes.

Cool and store in refrigerator or freezer.
Not safe for canning
Thickens as it cools
Adjust sweetness as needed
