Strawberry Chia Jam (No Pectin)

Ingredients

  • 4 cups strawberries
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 –3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mash strawberries.
  2. Cook with sugar and lemon juice until slightly thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in chia seeds.
  4. Let sit 10–15 minutes.
  5. Cool and store in refrigerator or freezer.
