Blueberry Lavender Jam Recipe

Steep lavender in boiling water 20 minutes; strain.

Crush blueberries (measure 5 1/2 cups).

Combine fruit, lavender water, and lemon juice.

Add pectin and bring to rolling boil.

Add sugar; boil 1 minute.

Fill jars (1/4" headspace).

Process 10 minutes in water bath.

Yield: 4 pints
