Rhubarb Slush (Easy Refreshing Summer Drink)

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop rhubarb into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Add rhubarb, sugar, and water to a large pot.
  3. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for about 30 minutes.
  4. Pour mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove solids.
  5. Let syrup cool, then transfer to jars or bottles.

Storage

  1. Refrigerate for up to 1 week
  2. Freeze for longer storage
