Pumpkin Spice Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ –¾ cup milk
  • 1 –2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • Maple syrup or brown sugar optional, to taste
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Add the vanilla ice cream, pumpkin puree, ½ cup milk, and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add more milk, a little at a time, if you prefer a thinner milkshake.
  4. Taste and add additional pumpkin pie spice or maple syrup/brown sugar if desired.
  5. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream.
  6. Sprinkle with a little pumpkin pie spice before serving.

Recipe Notes

Start with less milk and add more until you reach your preferred consistency.
Adjust the pumpkin pie spice to taste for a stronger or milder fall flavor.
Maple syrup or brown sugar is completely optional if you prefer a less-sweet milkshake.
