Homemade Bang Bang Sauce

This easy homemade bang bang sauce is creamy, sweet, slightly spicy, and perfect for dipping, drizzling, and adding flavor to your favorite Asian-inspired meals.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 –2 tablespoons sriracha to taste
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Add the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, honey, and garlic powder to a small bowl.
  2. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust the sriracha and honey to your liking.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to blend together.
  5. Stir before serving.

Recipe Notes

Make it spicier: Add additional sriracha or a pinch of cayenne pepper.

Make it milder: Reduce the sriracha or add a little extra mayonnaise.

Make it sweeter: Add another teaspoon of honey.

Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
