Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed blueberries
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 package powdered pectin
  • 3/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Crush blueberries.
  2. Stir in sugar and let sit 10 minutes.
  3. Boil pectin and water for 1 minute.
  4. Stir into fruit mixture.
  5. Pour into containers, leaving headspace.
  6. Let sit 24 hours.
  7. Freeze or refrigerate.
