Bee Balm Tea (Easy Herbal Tea Recipe)

–2 teaspoons fresh bee balm leaves and flowers
or 1 tablespoon dried

Optional: honey or lemon

Bring water to a boil, then let it cool slightly (about 1–2 minutes).

Place fresh or dried bee balm into a tea infuser or directly into your cup.

Pour hot water over the herbs and cover. Let steep for 5–10 minutes.

Strain if needed and enjoy warm, or let cool for iced tea.
Storage

Store brewed tea in the refrigerator for up to 2 days

Keep dried bee balm in an airtight container
Use fresh bee balm for a stronger flavor
