Au Jus Mix Recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 beef bouillon cubes or 4 tbsp beef bouillon granules
  • 4 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor
  2. Blend until a fine powder forms
  3. Store in an airtight container or jar

How to Make Au Jus from the Mix

  1. Mix 4½ teaspoons of the dry mix with 2 cups water
  2. Heat in a saucepan over medium heat
  3. Simmer for about 10–15 minutes, until heated and slightly thickened
