Apple Cider Vinegar Ginger Shots Recipe

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 5 minutes
Servings 2

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1- inch piece fresh ginger root
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional

Instructions

  1. Wash the ginger root and peel if desired.
  2. Juice the ginger using a juicer. If you don't have a juicer, finely grate the ginger and strain it through a fine-mesh strainer.
  3. Add the ginger juice, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and water to a small glass or jar.
  4. Stir in the honey, if desired, until combined.
  5. Divide into two small servings and enjoy.

Recipe Notes

Add extra water if you prefer a milder flavor.

Honey is optional but helps balance the tanginess of the apple cider vinegar.

These shots are best made fresh. Refrigerate leftovers promptly in a clean, airtight container and use soon.

Always dilute apple cider vinegar. Drinking it straight can irritate your throat and damage tooth enamel.
